We are introducing a toggle in the Purchase Calculator to turn the Down Payment Educator on/off. This will bring back the flexibility for special down payment programs and commercial scenarios. Access the new switch from the tool's menu.

Our app can now crunch the complex down payment rules into easy-to-understand educational prompts. Learn when you need a 5% or 20% down payment or the minimum for a specific purchase price. Get tips & tricks, as well as enter any down payment amount you like and let the app figure out what works.
• Updates to Mortgage Insurance Premiums
Professionals can now enable default insurance on insurable mortgages. In the Purchase Calculator, tap on the Mortgage Insurance value and turn on this new feature. PROs can also quickly change the premium type from the default CMHC / Sagen / CG to BFS premiums. Also, you can enable the Flex down option on all default insurance tiers.
